Abstract

Shopee menyediakan fitur review yang berupa tanggapan mengenai produk dari konsumen lain yang telah membeli produk tersebut atau dikenal dengan istilah online customer review. Online customer review dapat dipahami sebagai salah satu media konsumen melihat review dari konsumen lain terhadap suatu produk. Tujuan penelitian 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace shopee, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace shopee, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review online customer rating dan metode pembayaran (cash on delivery) COD secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace shopee. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif, menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dengan uji asumsi klasik uji normnalitas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, multikolorinieritas dan Linieritas, sedangkan uji hipotesi menggunakan uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). Terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara Online Customer Review Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Marketplace Shopee. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara Online Customer Rating Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Marketplace Shopee. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara Metode Pembayaran COD Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Marketplace Shopee. 4) Terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating dan Metode Pembayaran COD Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Marketplace Shopee.
