Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen warkop brobaks. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif Teknik pengambilan sampel Non-Probability Sampling yakni Purposif Sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 100 responden yang melakukan pembelian di warkop brobaks minimal 3 kali. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25 dengan uji statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen baik secara parsial dan simultan.
