Abstract
Mie merupakan makanan alternatif sebagai pengganti beras yang telah banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Seperti usaha mie mentah yang dikelola oleh bapak Pilihanto sebagai pemilik UD (Usaha Dagang) Mas Karto di Desa Kolor Kecamatan Sumenep Kabupaten Sumenep. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah usaha mie mentah UD Mas Karto layak untuk dilanjutkan dan melihat pengaruh sensitivitas perubahan kenaikan harga bahan baku tepung terigu terhadap kelayakan usaha mie mentah UD Mas Karto. Menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kelayakan usaha aspek finansial yaitu kriteria investasi dan analisis senstivitas dengan metode switching value. Hasil analisis kelayakan usaha mendapatkan nilai NPV sebesar Rp.498.268.572; Nilai Net B/C sebesar 3,98; Nilai IRR 75%; dan Nilai Payback Periode adalah 2,0 tahun (2 tahun), dapat disimpulkan usaha mie mentah UD Mas Karto layak diusahakan dan menguntungkan. Hasil analisis sensitvitas pada perubahan kenaikan bahan baku tepung terigu 10% masih layak untuk dilanjutkan. Kata Kunci: mie, kelayakan, sensitivitas Noodles are an alternative food as a substitute for rice which is widely consumed by the public. Like the raw noodle business managed by Mr.Optito as the owner of UD (Trading Business) Mas Karto in Kolor Village, Sumenep District, Sumenep Regency. The aim of this research is to find out whether the UD Mas Karto raw noodle business is feasible to continue and to see the influence of the sensitivity of changes in the price of wheat flour raw materials on the viability of the UD Mas Karto raw noodle business. Using purposive sampling technique. The method used is financial aspect business feasibility analysis, namely investment criteria and sensitivity analysis using the switching value method. The results of the business feasibility analysis obtained an NPV value of IDR 498,268,572; Net B/C value of 3.98; IRR value 75%; and the Payback Period Value is 2.0 years (2 years), it can be concluded that the UD Mas Karto raw noodle business is worth pursuing and profitable. The results of the sensitivity analysis on changes in the 10% increase in wheat flour raw materials are still feasible to continue. Keywords: noodles, feasibility, sensitivity
