Abstract
Permasalahan yang ada di Kantor Kecamatan Saronggi Kabupaten Sumenep ini sering adanya pegawai yang sering datang terlambat masuk kerja, pegawai yang bersikap pasif dan tidak tepat waktu dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (studi kasus pada kantor Kecamatan Saronggi Kabupaten Sumenep). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel mengguanakan teknik nonprobality sampling sebanyak 31 responden. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini yaitu, analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan mempertimbangkan syarat uji kualitas data yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik yakni uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji simultan (Uji F) dan uji parsial (Uji t). Secara simultan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa gaya kepimipinan, motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan secara parsial, tidak terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kecamatan Saronggi Kabupaten Sumenep. The problem at the Saronggi District Office, Sumenep Regency is that there are often employees who often arrive late for work, employees who are passive and not punctual in carrying out their work. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employee performance (case study at the Saronggi District office, Sumenep Regency). This type of research is a quantitative study using a sampling method using a non-probability sampling technique of 31 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, taking into account the requirements for testing data quality, namely validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. Hypothesis testing used is a simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test). Simultaneously the results of the tests that have been carried out show that leadership style, motivation and work discipline together have a significant influence on employee performance. And partially, there is no influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance, but there is a significant influence between motivational variables on employee performance at the Saronggi sub-district office, Sumenep Regency Keywords : Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance
