Abstract

Domestic Soybean demand increases from year to year, but until now could not be satisfied from domestic production. efforts to increase production in done by extensification and intensification. However soybean productivity is still low, namely 1.3 tons/ha. one reason matter is needed to support the improvement of soil fertility and carrying capacity. Thus expected sustanibility of soybean production. Development of organic system of soybean cultivation in Sumenep possible, because the availability of land for its development and the land agro-ecosystem match for soybean development. This is indicated by the high value of location Quotient (3.0-2.0) (Simatupang dkk, 2005) The development of organic system of soybean vultivation also support by potensially of organic fertilizer source. There is high production of agricultural waste and another source of organic matter can be produced by planting of cover crop on land bero, planting azolla sp in irrigated rice field, planting Sesbania glandiflora, and utilized local flora biomass
