Abstract
ABSTRAK Moh. Abdul Qodir Jailani. 2024. Strategi Promosi Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Pada Usaha Street Food (Teh Poci). Skripsi: Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Wiraraja. Pembimbing: Endang Widyastutik, SE. M.Si Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi promosi dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada usaha street food (teh poci), dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap pihak produsen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan teknik analisis data yaitu, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, dimana Street Food (Teh Poci) melakukan inovasi terhadap produknya yang dijual, melakukan inovasi dengan memberikan varian rasa pada produk tersebut. Dengan kemasan produk yang menarik mampu menciptakan kualitas produk yang bagus. Teh poci juga melakukan strategi penerapan tempat, dimana tempat the poci merupakan lokasi yang strategis, banyak di temui masyarakat, dalam hal ini Street Food (Teh Poci) juga memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai promosi seperti whatsapp, instagram dan facebook merupakan tempat untuk menawarkan produk yang dijual, selain itu Street Food (Teh Poci) juga melakukaan promosi dengan diskon beli 2 gratis 1. With attractive product packaging, you can create good product quality.
