Abstract

Tujuan dari dibuatnya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui rangkaian kegiatan teknis proses produksi produk ikan teri nasi kering (Dried White Anchovy) di PT Urchindize Indonesia Madura dan sistem pengendalian mutu (quality control) produk ikan teri nasi kering (Dried White Anchovy) di PT Urchindize Indonesia Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah. Dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrument kunci. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan cara trianggulasi atau gabungan. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. analisi data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dimana tujuanya adalah untuk mengetahui secara sistematis tentang fokus penelitian yang meliputi proses produksi dan pengendalian mutu (quality control) produk Ikan Teri Nasi Putih (Dried White Anchovy). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari rangkaian proses produksi Ikan Teri Nasi (Dried White Anchovy) di PT Urchindize Indonesia dilakukan dengan baik dan dalam pengawasan yang ketat sesuai standar. Begitu pun dengan pengendalian kualitas (quality control) di PT Urchindize Indonesia sudah dilakukan secara maksimal, sehingga produksi ikan teri nasi yang dihasilkan berkualitas tinggi dan memuaskan para konsumen. Advisor : Unsul Abrar, S.E., M.M The purpose of this research is to determine the series of technical activities in the production process of dried white anchovy products at PT Urchindize Indonesia Madura and the quality control system for dried white anchovy products at PT Urchindize Indonesia Madura . This research uses a qualitative approach, which is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects. The researcher is the key instrument. Data collection techniques were carried out using triangulation or combination methods. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation. data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The aim is to find out systematically about the research focus which includes the production process and quality control (quality control) of Dried White Anchovy products. The research results show that the Dried White Anchovy production process at PT Urchindize Indonesia is carried out well and under strict supervision according to standards. Likewise, quality control at PT Urchindize Indonesia has been carried out optimally, so that the anchovy production produced is of high quality and satisfies consumers.
