Abstract

Rambak Pisang adalah produk makanan yang dibuat dari pisang yang dipotong kotak kecil-kecil, lalu potongan pisang tersebut dikeringkan, kemudian setelah itu digoreng sampai matang dan kering menggunakan minyak kelapa, kemudian tunggu sampai rambak tersebut dingin, dan langkah yang terakhir dikemas semenarik mungkin untuk dijual ke konsumen. Usaha rambak pisang “eNABe” memiliki kelemahan yaitu kendala utamanya adalah ketersediaan bahan baku sehingga mengakibatkan usaha rambak pisang ini tidak berproduksi setiap hari, dan usaha ini masih tidak banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat. Perlu adanya strategi pengembangan usaha untuk mengembangkan usaha rambak pisang agar usaha rambak pisang “eNABe” ini dapat berkembang lebih pesat lagi kedepannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor internal serta faktor eksternal dan strategi pengembangan usaha rambak pisang “eNABe” di Kelurahan Bangselok, Kecamatan Kota Sumenep, Kabupaten Sumenep. Penentuan daerah penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja di usaha rambak pisang “eNABe” di Kelurahan Bangselok Kabupaten Sumenep dengan pertimbangan usaha-usaha berbahan dasr pisang yang ada dengan menggunakan Analisis Faktor Internal dan Eksternal dan Analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis SWOT yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kekuatan dan kelemahan pada faktor internal sedangkan pada faktor eksternal terdapat peluang dan ancaman dan posisi rambak pisang “eNABe” di Kelurahan Bangselok terletak pada kuadran I yaitu Agresif, strategi yang dikembangkan yaitu SO Meningkatkan volume produksi, Meningkatkan kualitas produk, Melakukan pemasaran/promosi yang menarik. Banana Crackers is a food product made from bananas that are cut into small squares, then the banana pieces are dried, then after that fried until cooked and dry using coconut oil, then wait until the crackers are cold, and the last step is packaged as attractively as possible to be sold to consumers. The “eNABe” banana crackers business has a weakness, namely the main obstacle is the availability of raw materials, resulting in this banana crackers business not producing every day, and this business is still not widely known by the public. There needs to be a business development strategy to develop the banana crackers business so that the “eNABe” banana crackers business can grow even faster in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the internal and external factors and development strategies of the “eNABe” banana crackers business in Bangselok Village, Sumenep City District, Sumenep Regency. The determination of the research area was carried out intentionally in the “eNABe” banana crackers business in Bangselok Village, Sumenep Regency by considering existing banana-based businesses using Internal and External Factor Analysis and SWOT Analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis showed that there were strengths and weaknesses in the internal factors while in the external factors there were opportunities and threats and the position of the “eNABe” banana crackers in Bangselok Village was in quadrant I, namely Aggressive, the strategy developed was SO Increasing production volume, Improving product quality, Carrying out attractive marketing/promotion.
