Abstract

Concrete is the main component in civil engineering buildings, which consists of cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and sand. The material is formed chemically. This aspect of the fabrication process greatly affects the final quality of the concrete. To get a good mixture, easy to implement and in accordance with the desired quality, it must go through the design process or design of a concrete mixture. The design of the concrete mixture is carried out to get the proportion of the concrete material according to the quality to be planned. This causes the need to develop an automation mechanism for the design of the concrete mixture so that the results are accurate and faster. The method used in this research is to study the literature for modeling data from the characteristics of the concrete-forming material, reference tables and reference charts to compile a mix design, where software development is carried out using SNI 03-2834-2000 through the program and then created a spreadsheet that can help use Mix Design widely or in general. The initial calculation is manual and not many people know the calculations, then later Concrete Mix Design which can speed up the normal concrete mix design process, can be used by everyone, with high accuracy and easy to use and also has a license or legal. Keywords : normal concrete mix design, spreadsheet, mix design program.
